can I return items?
All sales are final, except in the case of non-working appliances, on which we offer a 30 day warranty against technical malfunctions.
will you hold purchased items?
We will gladly hold purchased items for up to three ReStore business days. After that, items will be put back out for sale. The ReStore is not liable for damage to any merchandise left on hold in the store after purchase.
will you load my purchases into my car?
Due to a limited number of staff and volunteers, we are unable to assist in the loading of your purchased items. You must bring assistance for loading your items, and the ReStore is not liable to any damage to your items or vehicle in the loading process.
do you deliver?
We do not deliver. However, we can provide you with the contact information of third-party companies who have picked up and delivered items from our store.
